Refund Policy

At Axiom Peptide Research Supply, we take the integrity of our products and their delivery seriously. Because our peptides and raw materials are sensitive research compounds, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure quality control and safety.
Refunds or replacements are granted exclusively for items that are lost in transit or arrive damaged.

 

1. Damaged Items

If your order arrives with compromised packaging, broken vials, or visible damage to the raw materials:

  • Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and the product itself.

  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

 

2. Lost in Transit

An item is considered "lost" if it has not arrived within the carrier's expected delivery window and the tracking information has ceased to update for more than [Insert Number, e.g., 7] business days.

  • We will open an investigation with the courier (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.).

  • If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order immediately.

 

3. Policy Exclusions 

To maintain the purity of our supply chain, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of Mind/Interest: Once an order is processed, it cannot be returned or refunded due to a change in research requirements or personal preference.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

  • Product Handling: We do not offer refunds for products that have been improperly stored or handled after successful delivery.

  • Carrier Delays: While we guarantee shipment, we cannot refund orders based on minor delays caused by the courier.

If your order was damaged or lost, please contact our support team with your order number in the subject line. We are committed to ensuring your laboratory receives the materials it paid for in pristine condition.
