Where does Axiom Peptides Canada ship?

We ship all throughout Canada Via Canada Post.

Do you offer local delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland?

Yes. Same-day or next-day local delivery may be available in eligible areas throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland free of charge.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without peptide or product names displayed on the outside.

Are products shipped refrigerated?

Lyophilized products are generally stable during normal shipping conditions. Storage instructions should be followed once the package is received.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label and damaged products.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Order changes may only be possible before processing begins. Contact us immediately with your order details.

What should I do if my package says delivered but is missing?

Check nearby entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers and with other household members. Contact the shipping carrier and our support team if the package cannot be located.

Is paying on your website secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and trusted payment providers to securely protect your personal and payment information.

Do you offer a discount for paying by Interac e-Transfer or cash?

Yes. We offer a discount on orders paid by Interac e-Transfer or cash, as these payment methods avoid credit card processing fees.

When will my order ship after payment is received?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, bank security measures, or your card issuer. Please contact your bank or try another payment method.

Do I receive a payment confirmation?

Yes. Once your payment has been successfully received, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Will my payment appear discreetly on my bank or credit card statement?

Yes. Credit card transactions appear as "Mobile Repair Services" on your statement. Interac e-Transfer payments will appear according to your bank's standard transfer description.

Can I pay in person for local delivery?

Yes. Cash payment is available for eligible local deliveries. For security purposes, you must provide photo ID showing the same name and delivery address before a driver is dispatched.

Product Quality & Testing:

How are Axiom products tested?

Every batch undergoes multiple quality checks, including manufacturer testing for identity and purity, in-house sterility screening, and additional third-party verification on selected batches.

Does Axiom test every batch for sterility?

Yes. Every batch is screened in-house for sterility.

Are your products tested by a third-party laboratory?

Yes. We obtain third-party laboratory testing for mass and purity, along with random endotoxin testing, through Testides Laboratory Canada.

Why aren't your products manufactured in Canada?

Injectable research products require highly specialized GMP cleanroom facilities. Our products are manufactured by experienced pharmaceutical manufacturers overseas that follow strict sterile production procedures to minimize contamination risks.

What does GMP manufacturing mean?

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a quality system designed to ensure products are manufactured under controlled conditions using validated equipment, trained personnel, and strict contamination control procedures.

Why is endotoxin testing important?

Endotoxins are bacterial byproducts that cannot be removed by normal sterilization. Testing helps verify that endotoxin levels remain within acceptable limits.

What makes Axiom different from other peptide suppliers?

Unlike many suppliers, we combine pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, manufacturer laboratory testing, in-house sterility screening of every batch, and independent third-party verification on selected batches to provide multiple layers of quality assurance.

Storage & Stability:

How should I store unopened peptide vials?

Store unopened lyophilized peptide vials in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, refrigeration is generally recommended according to the product's storage guidelines.

How should I store peptides after reconstitution?

Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated between 2–8°C and handled using proper sterile techniques to help maintain stability.

My peptide arrived warm. Is it still usable?

Lyophilized peptides generally tolerate normal shipping temperatures without significant degradation. If you have concerns about excessive heat exposure or shipping delays, please contact our support team.

Can peptides be frozen?

Many lyophilized peptides can be frozen for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided as they may reduce stability.

How long do reconstituted peptides remain stable?

Once a peptide is reconstituted it may remain stable for 10-12 weeks

Can I leave my peptide out overnight?

Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated whenever possible. Brief exposure to room temperature is generally not a concern, but prolonged periods outside recommended storage conditions should be avoided.

Does light affect peptide stability?

Yes. Some peptides are sensitive to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or UV light. Store vials away from light whenever possible.

Reconstitution & Handling:

What is bacteriostatic water?

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which helps inhibit bacterial growth and is commonly used for reconstituting multi-dose peptide vials.

How much bacteriostatic water should I add?

The amount of bacteriostatic water depends on your preferred concentration and dosing requirements. Our reconstitution calculator can help determine the appropriate volume.

Does adding more BAC water reduce potency?

No. Adding more bacteriostatic water changes the concentration of the solution but does not change the total amount of peptide contained in the vial.

Can I shake the vial?

Gentle swirling or rolling is recommended. Vigorous shaking should generally be avoided.

Can I use sterile water instead of bacteriostatic water?

Yes, although sterile water does not contain a preservative and is generally intended for immediate or short-term use after reconstitution.

Why is there a vacuum inside the vial?

A vacuum helps maintain product integrity during the lyophilization process and assists with drawing diluent into the vial during reconstitution.

Can I use one syringe for reconstitution and another for administration?

Yes. Using separate sterile syringes for reconstitution and administration is generally considered best practice.

Common Problems:

My vial won't dissolve.

Most peptides dissolve within several minutes using gentle swirling. If the peptide remains undissolved after adequate time, contact our support team.

I accidentally added too much BAC water.

Adding extra bacteriostatic water changes the concentration but does not reduce the total amount of peptide in the vial. Your dose volume should simply be adjusted accordingly.

I dropped my vial. Can I still use it?

If the vial remains intact with no cracks, chips, or seal damage, it can generally continue to be used. Discard any vial that has been damaged or compromised.

I removed the vacuum from the vial. Is it okay?

Yes. Once a vial has been reconstituted, the original vacuum is no longer required.

My stopper came loose.

If the sterile seal has been compromised, discontinue use and contact our support team for a replacement.

The vial is overfilled after reconstitution.

Some peptides are supplied in compact vials with limited internal volume. If additional dilution is required, transfer the solution into a larger sterile vial.

My vial leaked during mixing.

Do not use any product if the vial or stopper has been compromised. Contact our support team with photographs for assistance.

Research Guidance & Best Practices

Why doesn't Axiom recommend peptide blends?

While peptide blends are convenient, combining multiple peptides in a single vial may reduce long-term stability and make it difficult to optimize dosing for each individual compound. Separate vials provide greater flexibility and help preserve the integrity of each peptide.

Will everyone respond to peptides the same way?

No. Research outcomes vary significantly between individuals. Factors such as age, metabolic health, mitochondrial function, inflammation, body composition, genetics, and existing medical conditions may all influence observed results.

Why didn't I see the results I expected?

Research outcomes cannot be guaranteed. While some individuals may observe noticeable changes relatively quickly, others may experience minimal or no measurable effects due to normal biological variation and differences in metabolic function.

Does Axiom guarantee research outcomes

No. Because research outcomes vary considerably between individuals, we cannot guarantee specific results or provide compensation based on expected or perceived effectiveness.

Can poor metabolic health affect peptide research?

Yes. Reduced metabolic efficiency, chronic inflammation, impaired mitochondrial function, and other health-related factors may influence how research subjects respond to peptides.

What role does cellular energy play in peptide research?

Cellular energy (ATP) supports countless biological processes. When ATP production is impaired due to aging, mitochondrial dysfunction, or chronic inflammation, biological responses may become less efficient and may influence research outcomes.

Why does Axiom often recommend MOTS-c and KPV as foundational research compounds?
