At Axiom Peptide Research Supply, we are committed to ensuring your research materials arrive safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our processes and your responsibilities as a purchaser.

1. Domestic Shipping Only (Canada)

We currently ship exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure compliance with domestic transport regulations and to provide the fastest possible service to the Canadian research community.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard shipping times generally range from 4 to 10 business days, depending on your province and proximity to major urban centers.

• Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, external factors such as carrier delays, extreme weather, or statutory holidays may occasionally impact delivery dates.

3. Order Protection: Lost or Damaged Shipments

Your research is important to us. In the event that an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, Axiom Peptide Research Supply will do its best to rectify the situation.

• Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please reach out to our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and, at our discretion, work to provide a replacement shipment.

4. Accuracy of Shipping Information

The buyer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.

• Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

• Redelivery: If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

5. Discreet Packaging

To ensure the security and privacy of your laboratory supplies, all orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of "Peptides" or specific research compounds on the external label.
